April 13, 2008 - The April Meeting (Tuesday, April 15th) is cancelled.  Several members are out of town or "out of country".  All members were notified by phone/e-mail.  (This will give you time to finish your Taxes - Ha.)

5-15-08:
Blue Arc has agreed to having the 2008 Auto Fest at their location at 2155 Fields Blvd in Greenfield.  Mike has given them a copy of the Power Point presentation to show the other owners of the company - we still have to show proof of insurance - as does the B & G Club

April 1, 2008 - Kruizers Klothing

Now that Team Image is squared away and has our art work in their possession, we are ready to get serious about the sweat shirts/jackets/polo shirts needed/wanted by all members.
We will be confirming this, but it is believed that any item that is screen printed (sweat shirts) will have to be ordered in lots of 10 minimum - not for each of us but for the total of the order.  Stitched items should be more flexable.

Polo Shirt - white - burgandy club logo on left side - first name on right (stitched - script)
Jacket - burgandy - white club logo on left side - first name on right (white/sticthed - script) - logo and club name on back (stitched)
Denem Shirt - Long Sleeve/Short Sleeve - Medium blue - burgandy club logo on left side - first name on right (stitched - script)
(Think fall/winter on this one - with white polo for summer wear...)
Sweat Shirt - Regular
- White or Burgandy Long Sleeve - White logo on left (no name) - back plain
Sweat Shirt - Hooded - Same as Regular above

Give some thought to what you may want to do - let us know at the next meeting - have your sizes in mind - and we will go to Team Image and get the costs - nothing will be ordered until we all know the $$, of course!

March 25, 2008 - Show 2008 Site Meeting - John and Mike met with the management of a new business in Greenfield, BLUE ARC ENGINEERING, LLC.  We have been concerned about the parking situation this coming October due to the pending construction at the High School - reference the show.  We will still meet with the Superentendent of Schools to be sure that the location at the High School will be a no go.

The lot at Blue Arc is more than adequate, is near the interstate/State Road 9 and New Road.  (It's on Fields Drive north of New Road - Fields Drive is dead end - easily visible from New Road.)  Electricity should be no problem with our electric panel.  A concern is the restroom facilities - they are on the second floor so would not be handicap accessble!

Blue Arc owner is very community supportive we are told.  They want to be able to show community support.

Thanks to Sean Kuhn for the introduction to these people through his cousin who works at Blue Arc.
